Nicole Green

Hi, I'm Nicole.
Whether we've been friends for a long time, we just met, or we haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related...and I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!
I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.
Please consider my website your one-stop shop where you can access a lot of information, search for properties for sale, and of course communicate with me so that we can work together to make your Real Estate goals + dreams come true.
Ask me anything...I can't wait to hear from you!
A little more about me...
It's a very special thing to be someone's Realtor. I am invited into your home and get to see it as you do.
I love to hear all about the memories that have been made from holiday gatherings, to first birthday parties, or maybe simply your refuge after a long day at work. This is the place where you spend most of your time and some of the most meaningful experiences of your life, so believe me when I say I do not take this responsibility lightly.
As much as I love the houses, for me it’s about the people. The relationships I'm able to build by guiding my clients through the process are so meaningful to me. I love to support you, make you feel comfortable, and welcome honest feelings and emotions.
I feel particularly called to the probate and estate sale sector because I want to make it as manageable as possible for more people in their time of need. I can obviously assist with the sale of the real estate, but I would like to take this a step further and be a resource for all things related to end of life preparation or picking up the pieces after a loved one has passed.
I originally had the intention to make this an area of focus after the death of my best friend's brother- who was barely 30. He didn't have much in assets, but he did have an owned residence to sell and I really took the reins organizing landscape clean up, cleaners, personal item disposal through a junk hauler, then professional cleaning and staging of the home. Some of the other topics of need that arose were funeral planning and grief counselors. Due to the close nature of our relationship, I was able to insert myself as a personal support as well as a professional to execute on the business front. As a Realtor, I am able to combine these roles. I have the freedom and flexibility to offer professional advice and probe on what else grieving people may need. I am focused on building a community of trusted professionals.
It’s true, this is not something that people want to think about or discuss on a regular basis, however, we all know that this is inevitable and like many things in life, the better you prepare, the better the outcome will be - especially for those loved ones affected. I am an empathetic and spiritual person with the energy and compassion this domain will demand. I look forward to being your Probate and Estate Sale Specialist.
